Fayne McCauley Character Analysis

Fayne McCauley is a miner from Lee County Virginia who is one of the first clients to face Purdue Pharma in court, after he got addicted to OxyContin in the 1990s when it was prescribed for a shoulder injury. The judge rules that there isn’t enough evidence to back up McCauley’s claims. McCauley dies in 2009, seemingly murdered over drugs.
