Don Timoteo Character Analysis

Don Timoteo Peláez, a prominent Manilan businessman, is the father of Juanito Peláez. He is also remarkably culturally ignorant, however. For example, he decorates the mansion he buys from Captain Tiago’s estate in a completely tasteless manner.
