Korean Man
In My Pafology, Roger is Penelope’s apparent friend or romantic partner. As Go drives Roger and Penelope around Los Angeles, the couple mocks Go for his poverty, belittling him and undermining his humanity even as they claim to respect him and his struggle. Notably, Roger and Penelope engage in much of the behavior that Go does—drinking, doing drugs, and being aimless—but their privilege allows them to skirt the consequences and keep their dignity and social standing intact.
