Geoffrey Sanderton Character Analysis

Geoffrey Sanderton is a talented painter and a veteran of the World War II battle Dunkirk. While in London, he survives a bombing that kills his parents, his fiancée, and several of his close friends. When he is sent to convalesce in Little Weirwold, he meets William Beech, offers to tutor him in art, and models a healthy way to grieve after William’s best friend Zach dies in another bombing.
