Jerusalem: Prologue 2 Summary & Analysis

Summary
Analysis
Phaedra appears dressed up like a fairy and sings a song called “Werewolf” by Barry Dransfield. The song urges the listener to have sympathy for the werewolf, who loves the maidens he attacks, even though he kills them.
Again, Phaedra appears, but only for the audience to see. Her repeated presence suggests she is a central figure in the play, but the reason why remains opaque.
