NW: Visitation: Chapter 6 Summary & Analysis

Summary
Analysis
Michel works in a salon on Saturday, and so Leah plays the Kinks all day. She hears the doorbell and finds a girl there. When the girl tries to ask for money, she forgets what she’s supposed to say and abruptly leaves.
The Kinks are a band that’s known for satirizing conservative British views, like the ones that Michel might hold, which is why Leah only plays them when he’s gone.
