The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes

by

Suzanne Collins

Dr. Wane is a doctor at one of the Capitol hospitals; he oversees care for Coriolanus, Clemensia, Gaius, and the other mentors hurt during the bombing of the arena. Coriolanus distrusts him because he believes Dr. Wane is in cahoots with Dr. Gaul and might hurt him, as Dr. Gaul hurt Clemensia. This, however, is never confirmed.
