Julien Mauriac Character Analysis

Julien Mauriac is the son of Vianne Mauriac and Von Richter. However, Julien thinks that his father is Antoine Mauriac because Vianne refused to tell him otherwise. Julien is completely unaware of what his mother went through during World War II until the end of the novel when he attends an event with her in Paris.
