Bobby Character Analysis

Bobby is another good friend of Liz’s; as with Sam, he meets Liz when Liz begins going to a new school. While Liz doesn’t provide much detail about Bobby’s personality, she writes that she often crashed at Bobby’s house during her teen years. In general, Bobby comes across as a cheerful, incredibly generous young man. At the end of the memoir, Liz reports that he’s studying to be a nurse—a career path which makes sense, considering his kind, giving nature.
