Ralph Halvorsen Character Analysis

Ralph Halvorsen is the Administrator of the Southern Province of the moon. As such, he oversees the Clavius Base and all its outgoing missions, including those to Tycho Crater, the site of TMA-1. More than the other scientists, he is sympathetic to Floyd and the President’s epidemic cover story. His daughter is Diana Halvorsen.
