16th Division Term Analysis

The 16th Division is an Irish division of the British Army stationed on the Western Front during World War I. This division is originally made up of soldiers from southern Ireland, many of whom are Catholic and supporters of Home Rule. Willie Dunne and his fellow soldiers belong to the 16th Division.
