Jonquil, Durant, and Michael Character Analysis

Jonquil, Durant, and Michael are friends of Larry's and a group of artists that visit at the daffodil-yellow villa. Though they all insist they want to get work done during their stay in Corfu, none of them do: Michael suffers an allergic reaction that leaves him unwell for his entire stay, Jonquil sunbathes the entire time, and Durant is in the process of "recovering his nerve" after a painting fiasco that happened two years ago.
