Lungile Character Analysis

The father of Mandisa’s second son, Lunga. Lungile is Mandisa’s lover for a period of years. Mandisa describes him as unattractive but talkative and attentive. He is sweet to her eldest son, Mxolisi, often spending one-on-one time with him. Lungile and Mandisa never officially marry, although they spend years together and have a child. Eventually, Lungile leaves to become a freedom fighter.
