President Trump Character Analysis

Donald Trump was the president of the United States from 2017 to 2021. Jose Antonio Vargas considers Trump’s presidency the worst era for immigrants in modern U.S. history because Trump’s political strategy was largely based around demonizing immigrants. Vargas tried to counter Trump’s talking points by going on Fox News, and after Trump’s victory, he left his L.A. apartment because he worried that keeping a permanent address would leave him vulnerable to deportation.
