Abner Silva is a Portuguese ship captain and a member of the chorus of villagers in The Haunted. Silva is one of the men who dares Joe Small to go inside the Mannon house. Silva is also one of the ensemble figures (alongside the chantyman and Seth Beckwith himself) who fills the trilogy with sea chanties.
