Rodney Horn Character Analysis

Rodney Horn is a local fisherman who watches an argument play out between Chase Andrews and Kya in a place called Cypress Cove. He later testifies in court that he heard a woman yelling and, upon motoring toward the sound, saw Kya kick Chase and yell out that she’d kill him if he ever tried to harm her again. What he didn’t see, though, is that Chase tried to rape Kya before she said this.
