Freddie Sprague Character Analysis

Freddie Sprague is a second grader and Ralph’s bully at school. When Ralph first arrives, he hits him and mocks him for his Brown Buster Suit, nicknaming him “Molly” when he starts crying. Fed up with the harassment, Ralph eventually beats Freddie up, ending the bullying and winning back the respect of the other schoolchildren. When Ralph returns for his second year of school, Freddie shares an apple with him during recess, signaling the end of their feud.
