Nurse Duncan Character Analysis

Nurse Duncan is the head nurse at Portland Assisted Living Residence, the assisted living facility where Mr. Solway lives and where middle-school bullies Chase Ambrose, Aaron Hakimian, and Bear Bratsky are doing court-ordered community service. At first, she dislikes the boys for their disrespectful and unhelpful behavior. Though she comes to like Chase after his personality-changing accident, she still calls the police on him when she realizes that he stole Mr. Solway’s Medal of Honor.
