Rat Character Analysis

Rat is Nick’s childhood friend. After Nick’s dad moves away, Nick starts going to Arsenal games with Rat, and they stand in the Schoolboy’s Enclosure. Later in life, after many years, Nick and Rat reconnect when they run into each other randomly in London. They begin going to Arsenal games together again, along with Pete and Nick’s girlfriend. In his adulthood, Rat goes by his real name, Andy.
